SHOE HORNED
Some extra shots from our shoot for the “Avant-garde” feature in issue 3. Unfortunately due to our over excitement with access to paper and amazing fur and skull horned shoes we ended up with a life sized figure with shoe adorned leg all of which was too much for the mag. So here you go, enjoy the vague goddess of avant-garde with her one legged 2nd skin exiting her womb, sort of. Anyway more importantly the shoe is by Charkviani, a label who seems totally uninhibited bywhat a shoe might consist of, fully stuffed doves mid flight, bouquets or ruby feathers and chickens legs. There is a range to come soon, we are curious to see. Selling the shoes should prove to be a interesting balance between concept and practicality but hopefully retaining the fantastical.
